McDowell Engineers and Associates creates refurbishment specifications and preliminary drawing packages for railcar refurbishment projects. We manage the process and provide engineering support throughout the refurbishment program. All work is inspected and documented as it is completed. Complete document packages are provided for each refurbished car.
